Shipping policy
SAME-DAY SHIPPING POLICY
We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered on www.proshieldoz.com.au will then be processed (on authorised payment clearance) and shipped out from our South East Melbourne distribution center. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM AEST will begin processing that day, excluding public holidays (pertaining to stock availability).
Orders placed after 4 PM AEST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4 PM AEST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the selected item is not currently available or if there are system errors, the Proshield Customer Service team will contact you. All sale and discount items are excluded from this policy and are shipped out via first in, first out.
WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely event that there is defect with your Proshield product, your exclusive remedy shall be product replacement or refund of the purchase price. "Proshield" MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
There are many factors beyond Proshield's control that are uniquely within the user’s specific knowledge and control. User is solely responsible for evaluating the Proshield product and determining whether it is a suitable and fit for their particular application.
